I’m Jessie — the heart and hands behind Pretty Creative Studio, a multi-faceted creative agency born from a deep love of storytelling, transformation, and building brands that feel as good as they look.
Officially launched in 2022, Pretty Creative began as a boutique social media management studio. I was a one-woman show offering content creation and strategy to small businesses who needed big impact. Since then, it’s evolved into something so much greater — a dynamic space where creativity meets intention. Today, I wear many hats: photographer, content creator, influencer, mentor, and soon, an internationally accredited coach through the ICF program with Reach Outstanding in Abu Dhabi.
But my story didn’t start here.
Before Pretty Creative, I owned and ran a successful aesthetic salon — built from the ground up and kept profitable before, during, and after a global pandemic. Before that? I spent years in the corporate world, shaping people-first cultures in Human Resources. That blend of business acumen and bold creativity is what gives Pretty Creative its edge today.
On the personal side — I’m a proud wife of 18 years and mom to two fiery, phenomenal little girls. I’m deeply rooted in both Arabic and South African heritage, and I bring that rich blend of culture and resilience into everything I do. I’m obsessed with flowers, fast cars, and faraway places. My brand is feminine and full of heart — think passion, pink, a little moodiness, and a whole lot of purpose.
Pretty Creative is more than a studio. It’s a safe space for women to take up space. To build beautiful brands. To step into their power — whether on camera, online, or in life.

On my 21st birthday, my dad gifted me my first camera. It was the first time I stepped away from phone photography—something I had truly mastered—and into a whole new world. That camera sparked a passion I didn’t know I had.
Four years later, while mourning the loss of my dad, I upgraded to an even better camera—a way of honoring him and the spark he ignited in me. A few years after that, I upgraded again, each camera marking a new chapter in my journey.
What began as a hobby slowly became something more. When Jesse started her social media business, she asked me to teach her what I knew. One year later, we’re business partners—two women building a beautiful, creative, and joy-filled business, capturing moments that matter.
Every time I pick up my camera, I think of where it all started and how proud I am of how far we’ve come.

Jess Jane Campbell
Operations Specialist
I’m Jess, and I’m the one making sure the wheels don’t come off.
I handle the ops, admin, systems, and all the “un-sexy” bits that need to work so the creative magic can actually happen. I’m the calm in the chaos, the one thinking a step (or three) ahead, quietly making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Alongside that, I’m also a coach-in-training. I work with people who are navigating growth, changing careers, stepping into new roles, figuring out team dynamics, or just trying to be a bit more honest with themselves. Coaching brings a layer of curiosity and clarity to everything I do. It helps me support both people and process with more intention.
I love turning mess into method. Give me a good checklist, a coffee, and something to untangle and I’m happy. At Pretty Creative Studio, I get to blend structure with heart and that’s my sweet spot.

Carina Agostinho

I’ve known I was meant to do something creative since the moment I picked up a pencil. As a kid, I’d spend hours tracing my favorite cartoon characters onto paper so that I could learn how to draw them. My poor parents could barely keep up with how fast I filled sketchbooks. With lots of practice I was able to draw the characters freehand and transform the page in front of me into something original and creative.
When it came time to choose a career, graphic design felt like the natural fit. It gave me the perfect blend of hands-on creativity and functional digital design—where art meets purpose.
Since graduating, I’ve had the chance to work with many businesses, both big and small, and I've had an opportunity to learn something unique from each of them. As time went on, I built on my design skills and moved into illustration and web design, making sure I was well rounded and capable in each field.
Whether I’m sketching out a new logo idea or building out a full brand identity, I’m still that same kid—excited to create something meaningful from a blank page.
